“Tasting En Plein Air” is inspired by Pleinairism painting particularly associated with the Impressionist movement. Comes from the French phrase meaning “in the open air,” describes the process of painting a landscape outdoors.
Eating on plein air uses the French easel box and transform it into an edible small feast installation, full of fresh flowers, herbs and fruits from the garden where the visitor can be able to capture the taste of the landscape in sito.
